Description

We are a small family-owned company looking to welcome an upbeat and friendly person who is
customer focused with an eye for detail to our team.
This is a very flexible part-time permanent position. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from
9am-4pm and Friday from 9am-3pm. Hours for this position would be between 20 and 35 per week. Pay
is $20-$25 per hour depending on experience. There are options to create your own schedule.
The person we are looking for must be 18+, reliable, and have good communication skills.
Paid vacation starts immediately and medical insurance available after 90 days.
Duties will include:
• Scheduling
• Replying to and sending emails
• Light cleaning in the office
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Greeting and directing both visitors and customers
• Paperwork
• Direct and frequent contact with field techs and customers
• Ability to problem-solve
• Meticulous attention to detail
• A positive and friendly demeanor
• Strong basic computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work both independently and collaborate with others
• Desire for long-term employment in a casual and fun office environment
