Job Posting: Director of Confirmation & Youth Ministries

Full time position at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in East Bethel, MN

Lead and oversee ministry including confirmation, retreats, mission trips, special events, Bible studies, etc. that excites and inspires faith for youth in middle school and high school. Engage both the young people and parents in deeply serving and in worship. Requires a bachelor's degree, strong faith and understanding of scripture, basic competence in Christian theology and the ability to be a public witness to faith. Seeking at least 5 years experience in a ministry-related role, having led or participated in a growing and vibrant youth ministry program.
