Job Posting: Restaurant Assistant Manager

East Bethel Subway has an opening on our Management Team for an individual looking for competitive pay, a flexible schedule, and advancement opportunities who can provide excellent customer service, build healthy, beautiful sandwiches, maintain a sparkling clean environment and work independently in a fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidate is a friendly, motivated, responsible, team player and has a minimum of one (1) year of Subway experience and/or restaurant leadership experience. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, full availability, POS and cash handling experience, demonstrated ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical requirements: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant, operate a Point of Sale/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Candidate must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
We offer training, competitive pay, a team-oriented work environment with a free meal every shift. This position would be mostly day shifts.
