Classic Construction was established in 1984. In the early years our work focused on residential and commercial concrete construction, doing business as a subcontractor for home builders and general contractors.
In 1991 we added our excavating and a sewer and water division. In 1995 we added general contracting of commercial projects to our services performed.
Classic Construction, Inc. is proud to be celebrating our 26th Anniversary this year. A large number of our employees have been with us from the start of our company. We are proud to have them on our team with their years of experience.
On most commercial projects we are involved in all aspects of construction, starting with conceptual planning and design stages, City submittals and approvals, and Civil and Architectural design. We take on a wide variety of projects from working on single suite build-outs or remodels to constructing 68,876 sq. ft. Ice Arenas. No project is too large or too small for our company.
Classic Construction, Inc.’s project personnel includes, Curt Strandlund, Owner, who is very involved with overseeing every project; Rudolph Breitzmann as Project Manger/Field Supervisor, he has been with our company for 18 years and oversees a majority of our projects and is onsite at all times; Diane Leverentz is another one of our Project Mangers who works with building owners and designers on all building details and scheduling of the subcontractors; Marvin Limanen is our Estimator and has been with our company 22 years; Kristin Erickson is our Project Assistant and deals with the Proposals, Invoices and Change Orders in our office. We also have 3 individual foreman onsite during the different phases of construction.
